My client, based in Dartford is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator/ HR Administrator
to manage the HR Admin support function on a daily basis in a busy HR dept.; including the coordination of recruitment, new starter, learning & development activities etc and associated duties.
Supporting the HR Manager and whole of the wider HR Team.


This role is offered in a maternity leave contract – approx. 12 months
(Starting mid Feb) and will be a reduced hours contract; 30hrs per week.
Likely hours will be 10am – 4pm; Mon – Fri
However they may be slightly flexible to a degree with how the 30 hours are worked.

They are looking for a good all-rounder, who is a team player & can work under their own supervision when necessary. Happy undertaking various admin tasks to ensure the team and dept. are fully supported in all areas of the business, maintaining compliancy and efficiency in an HR capacity.

They require someone who has previous experience in a similar role and ideally perhaps possessing their CPP or studying towards their CIPD


Duties to include ;
• Provide HR administrative support to the HR Manager and wider HR Collate internal applicants data for recruiting Line Manager
• Arrange interviews with recruiting line manager, HRM and candidate
booking of interview room etc.
• Monitor and log all applications ; Manage responses from CV's that are received
• Maintain spreadsheet tracking all vacancies, applications, time to recruit and cost etc
• Arrange OPQ testing ;if applicable for position
• Carry out interview admin support as and when directed by the HRM to include: printing sets of questions for interviews,
• Carry out New Starter admin support e.g.; Reference application, printing sets of documents and preparation for induction meetings, and other tasks relating to the offer process.
• Ensure company is following the “Right to Work” process for all new starters
• Update the New Starter Log ; set up New Starter file with all relevant and appropriate documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, which includes the processing of new starters / leavers, the production of all letters and filing;
• Coordinate a variety of personnel services including payroll, personnel administration, timekeeping etc.
• Assist all employees (inbound and outbound) at the beginning and end of their assignment with the move process;
• Prepare correspondence regarding offer letters, contracts of employment and changes to terms and conditions;
• Process reference request paperwork for new employees and provide an accurate referencing service for external requests;
• Complete all HR tasks within HR checklists
