Our established HR function is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant to join us on a full\-time basis on a 9 month fixed\-term contract\. This role can be based from either our London, Glasgow, Manchester or Birmingham office, however travel across the UK will be required\. As a HR Consultant you will support Jacobs employees, whilst advising and coaching managers on a range of HR Generalist matters, including: + Employee relations + Performance management + TUPE + Disciplinary & Grievances + Retaining and engaging employees + Employee development and career life cycle + Compensation and bench marking + Diversity and Inclusion + Change management You will also work closely with HR Business Partners to execute programs and initiatives\. Your key relationships will include: + Operations & Functional Managers + HR Business Partners + HR Delivery Manager + Global Business Systems \(GBS\) **Qualifications** **Essential:** + HR Generalist experience + CIPD qualified \(or equivalent\) + Good knowledge of UK Employment Law + Experience of supporting and advising operations + Negotiation and influencing skills + The ability to identify and limit employment law risk to an organisation + Solutions focused + High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills **Our Culture** At Jacobs we have celebrated over 10 years of our culture of caring \- 'BeyondZero'\.
