We are changing things. We are So Energy, a fast-growing 100% renewable energy supplier in the UK. Weve tripled our customer base in the last 7 months, weve won a host of awards and were the leading energy supplier for customer service. We are on the lookout for a super organised Office Manager to join our busy team.

This is a new role for us, and we need someone who will thrive in a busy and changing environment. Reporting into the Head of People, you will provide the support we need to help grow our business by making sure our offices run like clockwork and are the best environments for our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Youll manage the upkeep of our two offices (theyre on the same road so you dont have to worry about transport between the two) by liaising with our landlords, managing the cleaning teams and keeping our kitchen cupboards full of delicious breakfast items and fruit
  • Youll deliver exceptional customer service to all our visitors, making sure they get the best experience the moment they step through our door
  • Support the Founders and Head of People with an upcoming office move
  • Organise incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • You'll ensure our preferred suppliers list is up to date and reviewed regularily
  • Youll manage our meeting rooms, making sure meetings can start on time
  • So that we always have what we need, youll conduct regular audits of our office supplies
  • Youll run projects with the People Team to identify new suppliers for office and kitchen supplies that fit with our renewable ethos
  • Help the People Team and social committee to plan monthly drinks, our summer and Christmas parties, and social events for everyone to bond
  • Youll provide ad hoc organisational support to the founders such as ordering Board meeting lunches - to ensure everyones day runs smoothly

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • You love what you do and are excited at the idea of joining a fast growth company
  • You have 2+ years experience as an office manager, PA or team assistant and want to bring your love of organisation and helping others to So Energy
  • You enjoy working with team and helping them deliver against creative projects
